For hotels, resorts and destinations

Give your guests more ways to discover the destination.

Offer interactive tours, quizzes, treasure hunts and other activities that guests can take part in on their own, whenever they like, whatever the entertainment programme says. Aristoqle prepares the interactive content, keeps track of points and results, and lets guests take part at their own pace, at a time that suits them.

Smart content that saves time

Entertainment that needs no entertainers.

  • Activities open to guests at any time.

Games and challenges can be on offer by day or by night, not only in a slot set by the entertainment programme.

  • Less need for expert guidance.

Once the activities are ready, guests start them from a QR code and work through them on their own, with no entertainer.

  • Extra motivation – points, results, challenges or a rewards programme.

Add scoring, results and competitive elements to the activities where you want to encourage guests to take part, or to reward them for how much they do.

  • Affordable content, always at hand, that you can use again every season.

Prepare the programme in advance, adapt it to the season and use it again, without making a new activity or printing new QR codes for every run.

Edutainment

Practical ways to extend your hotel programme

  • Treasure hunt at the resort

Guests follow clues, solve puzzles and collect points across several stations. You create the activities by uploading a PDF of your existing programmes, or on your own. The AI suggests a route, and you approve it, changing any activity you need to first. The QR codes and the guides for the trail are made automatically: all you do is print them and put them in place.

  • Self-guided activities for rainy days

Quizzes, jigsaws and memory games give children and families more to do indoors, with no workshop to organise. You create a game simply by choosing a template, the AI or you write the content, and guests open it by scanning a QR code.

  • Interactive discovery of the destination

Through questions and challenges, guests get to know the sights, the local food and the traditions. The activities can also lead them to explore beyond the hotel grounds. You can create narrated info points too, and translate everything into several languages at no extra cost.

Medieval Town Heritage

Gates, walls, craftsmen and the fair on the main square, in short games along the stops of the walk.

Scan the code with your phone or open the example directly. This is how it looks on a phone: in the browser, with no app to install.

Questions

What hotels and destinations ask us

We are not educators.

You do not need to be. Start from what you already tell guests: the pages about the area, the welcome folder, the stories reception tells every day. The platform suggests the activities and you keep the ones that fit.

Our guests stay a week and want something for the children on a rainy day.

Put a QR code in the lobby or at the kids’ club and change what it opens during the week; the printed code stays the same. Jigsaws, colouring books and memory for the youngest, a treasure hunt for the older ones.

Can it include the region, not just our hotel?

Yes, and it usually should. Write about the castle, the lagoon or the local wine yourself, or start from texts you have the right to use. The printed signs carry your logo, so the region comes with your name on it.

We want it in our brand, not yours.

The screens your guests see take their colours from your logo or website, and your logo goes on the signs, the poster and the leaflet. The Free plan shows a small “Made with Aristoqle” badge; paid plans remove it.

We are seasonal.

Set it up once, before the guests arrive, and leave the signs up all season. Next spring, copy last year’s unit in one click and change only what is new.

Can the kids’ club run it?

Yes. The team needs only the printed QR codes; children play in the browser of a phone or tablet, with no app and no sign-in. In a portal unit, each child can join with just a nickname and collect points across activities.

Languages, narration, your colours and visitor privacy work the same for everyone:

Which plan

Start free with one unit

Begin on the Free plan: one published unit, up to five activities, enough for a first walk through the region. Paid plans for a single hotel are coming soon; tourist boards and hotel groups can ask for an Institution quote.

No time to build it yourselves? We can write and illustrate it for you, from your material. Made to measure
