Does this replace training?
No. It helps people understand your instructions in their own language. The training itself is still given by a person qualified to give it, under the rules of your country.
Work instructions
When workers do not speak the language used in your instructions, Aristoqle turns existing documents into short lessons and exercises they open by QR code on their phones. It supports understanding; it does not replace training by a qualified person.
Examples
You have
The instruction for operating a machine, in Word, in one language.
You get
A narrated info card and a short quiz in the worker's language, with a QR code placed on the machine itself.
You have
The instructions for working in a kitchen or a storeroom.
You get
Short step-by-step lessons and "Find in the picture" for recognising equipment and markings.
You have
The handbook for new staff, as a PDF.
You get
A unit a new worker goes through on the first day, in the language they speak.
These examples are illustrative and are not client case studies.
Try an example
Welcoming a new colleague: who helps with what, what the first day looks like and how to find your way around the office.
Scan the code with your phone or open the example directly. This is how it looks on a phone: in the browser, with no app to install.
We made these examples for demonstration. The institutions in them are invented and are not our clients.
Questions
No. It helps people understand your instructions in their own language. The training itself is still given by a person qualified to give it, under the rules of your country.
No. Public units require no sign-in and do not record who opened them. If you need named records, this is not the right tool.
The AI translates the content, while info cards and quizzes offer narration. Before using it, ask a native speaker to review a sample in each language.
You do. Everything the AI makes stays a draft until someone at your company reviews it and marks it verified. Nothing publishes itself.
One person goes from an existing instruction to printed QR codes in one afternoon. It all happens in a browser, with nothing to program.
No. The worker scans a QR code and opens the content in their phone’s browser, with no sign-in.
Languages, narration, your colours and visitor privacy work the same for everyone:
Which plan
Try it on the Free plan: one published unit with up to five activities, in one language. That is enough for one instruction in the language of one group of workers.
